INVITATION TO BID

The Holbrook School Department invites
bids for:

Student Transportation Services
for the 2026-2028 School Years

BID OPENINGS April 9, 2025 @ 1PM.

Specifications and all other bid documents may be obtained at the Office of the Superintendent of the Holbrook Public Schools, at the address listed, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm after Thursday March 27, 2025 @ 1:00 pm.

All sealed bids must be delivered to the Office of the Superintendent of the Holbrook Public
Schools, at the address listed prior to the BID OPENING as stated above, at which time and
place they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes risk of any delay in mail. Bids
received after the official BID OPENING will be returned unopened.

The School Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept bids either in
whole or in part, to award contracts by individual items or by lump sum total, or to waive any
irregularities or defects in any proposal, should it deem to be in the best interest of the
Holbrook Public Schools to do so. Any bid submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days beyond the BID OPENING.
