New Online 2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration

STUDENT MUST BE FIVE (5) YEARS OLD BY AUGUST 31, 2026

ONLINE REGISTRATION:  All registration information will be submitted online via the Aspen Parent Portal.

Please log into Aspen from a computer or mobile device to create your parent/guardian account.

If you already have an Aspen Account:
     1. Visit (http://ma-holbrook.myfollett.com/)
     2. Login with your existing Aspen Username and Password
     3. Click “New Student” on the side tab
     4. Click “Initiate”

If you do not have an Aspen Account:
To begin, visit (http://ma-holbrook.myfollett.com)

If you are new to Holbrook Public Schools you will need to click Request account on the login page to create a parent/guardian account.  

REQUIRED REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS
    1. Proof of residency (Click here for more information)
    2. Student’s legal birth certificate (Hospital birth certificate is not a legal copy)
    3. Physical examination within the past year, which includes immunizations

Once logged into Aspen
Complete all sections of the online registration process, including uploading the necessary documents.  Note, if you have multiple students, you must register each student separately.

When the registration is completed and submitted, an email will notify you that the registration was received.  The school will review your registration and if additional information or clarification is needed you will receive an email notification.   The student is not enrolled until you receive an email confirmation stating the enrollment has been successfully completed.
