New Student Enrollment

Step 1 Residency

The first step is to complete the RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
 

Please email Bridget Baker at bbaker@holbrook.k12.ma.us and let her know if you:

 

  1. Own your home (have a mortgage or copy of the deed in your name) *If it is in someone else's name I will need their name and email address.
     
  2. Rent (have a signed lease agreement with your name listed as the lessee OR a notarized letter from your landlord verifying all individuals that are residing at the residence as well as the dates of the lease) *If your name is not listed as the lessee I will need the name and email address of the person whose name is listed as the lessee, or
     
  3. Do you live at a residence owned by someone other than the student(s) parent(s)

 

Step 2 New Student Enrollment

The second step is to complete the ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT

Upon completion of the residency requirement the parent, legal guardian or student 18+ will be contacted by the school secretary to complete the registration forms and to provide all required documents.
