English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC) Meeting

Meeting Dates

January 9th, 6:30-7:30 PM in the HMHS cafeteria

February 11th, 6:30-7:30 PM in the HMHS cafeteria

What is ELPAC?

An ELPAC is a group of parents and family members who meet to advise the school district on how to best serve our linguistically diverse community.

At this meeting we hope to...

  • Establish the membership and leadership of the group

  • Connect families with the school based ESL teachers and programs

  • Set goals and provide feedback for how to improve the ESL program in Holbrook schools

  • Provide information about health and legal resources

  • Better understand the needs and assets of our community

  • Make a plan for how to reach more families

All parents, guardians, and family members of students in the English as a second language (ESL) program are invited to attend and be members regardless of time living in Holbrook, languages spoken, or your specific interests. The students themselves are welcome as well!

We are looking forward to working with you to build this new group!
